Morn Laser, as one of the leading industrial laser equipment manufacturers, invests 250 million yuan to build the largest private-owned laser equipment production base in North China-Xintai Laser Industrial Park. Shortlisted as one of theMajor Projects of High-end Equipment by the Shandong Government,the project will empower Morn Laserto become a powerful driver for the transformation and upgrading of local industrial manufacturing, and anticipate a 150% productivity increase in 2022.

Project Profile of New Laser Equipment Production Base

The newly built production base sits in Tai’an City and covers an area of 33,000m2 with 23,000m2 planned standardized modern workshops and 5 sets of new machining centers. It will mainly serve for the production of ultra-sized and special laser equipment.

Currently Phase I is about to complete with a 13,000m2 world’s top machining center, including two 16-meter processing centers which will be officially launched by the end of June 2021. Upon establishment, it will facilitate our company to cater to the demand of laser equipment in the market with a larger format, larger processing range, higher automation, and finer processing, and sharpen our customers from a wider range of sectors including steel markets, heavy machinery, ship construction, and many others.

Once in full operation, the major project anticipates an annual output of 15,000 units of fiber laser cutting machines, and an increased revenue value of more than 1 billion yuan in three years, market share rising to the top three in the laser industry domestically.
